JULY 2024
Sunday 14th July: Family Bike & Breakfast
Not organised by the PTA
Meet at St. Mary's Church Car Park, 8am
Nice and early to avoid the traffic, we hope that you join us on this relaxed cycle round pedestrian roads. Bring a picnic and join us in the park afterwards for breakfast!
Some fresh air and a chance for children to go cycling with friends.
NOTE: This is not organised by the PTA but a group of friends extending an invitation. Children are the responsibility of parents / carers at all times.

Friday 28th June: Festival in the Field
Infant Field, St. Mary's Primary. 6pm - 9pm
With a bar, hot dogs and burgers from Sizzle and the children all performing what they have learnt this year, Festival in the Field promises to be a wonderful end of year event.

Parent Kind Photoshoot
Main entrance, St. Mary's Primary, 1pm
Parents and carers join us for a photoshoot for the Parent Kind magazine. Definitely an odd one but should also be a fun one!

Adult Quiz Night

Doors open 7pm for 7:30pm start
Join us for an evening of fun! Bring your own snacks, bar available. £5pp tickets on sale soon.

School Discos with Dancing Beans and DJ Leo!

Second-Hand Uniform Sale
Misc. Room, 3:20pm onwards
Come along to browse our second-hand uniform.
Suggested donation is £1 for non-branded uniform and £2 for branded uniform. Cash is accepted or payment via card on phone.
If you have uniform to donate then please drop it in to the school office.

Sunday 10th December
Santa Run and Winter Raffle Drawn
Join us for a Sunday morning community Christmas celebration.
We will have a Santa run, adults vs children. An Elfridges pop-up gift shop where the children can choose a present for their parents alongside Christmas carols in the background.
To keep you warm (besides running!) we will have hot drinks and mince pies on hand - an potentially even a hot breakfast to keep you going!

Come to our stall and invest in new (to you) puzzles, board games and Christmas jumpers, just in time for the indoor weather and Christmas!
In the spirit of sustainability, this is a swop shop. However, the PTA recommend a donation per item.

Come and meet us at our annual general meeting. Learn more about who we are, what we do and our plans for the year ahead.

Year 2 Doughnut and Costume Sale
At pick-up, infant playground only
Join us after school in the infant playground to pick up a children's fancy dress costume and a doughnut.
All items £1.
Costume donations are welcome at drop off on the morning of the sale.
Many thanks to year 2 who are running the costume sale this year. Re-using costumes helps the planet, our pockets and raises some money for the school!

Clothes Recycling Bin due to arrive!

Recycle while fundraising!
We are excited to be expecting the arrival of a new clothes bank! Encourage the children the importance of sustainability while also raising money for the school. For every kg donated, the school will earn 40p.

A fantastic opportunity to catch-up with everyone after the summer break and start the school year on a high!

Class Act, Murder Mystery Dinner

The Oxted Players kindly bring 'Class War' to St. Mary's with Deep Blue providing us all with dinner. With a bar on hand it promises to be a lot of fun! But will you find the real culprit?
