Volunteering

WE HAVE VACANCIES FROM SEP 2024!

Could you be the next Chair, Secretary or Treasurer?

CURRENT TRUSTEES

CHAIR: Jessica Son

Jessica has two children at school, one in Year 2 and one in Year 5. Jessica became chair in Sep '23.

TREASURER: Charlotte Magnus

Charlotte has two children at school too, in Year 1 and in Year 5.

SECRETARY: Vacant

NOTE:

With children still at the school from Sep '24, both Jessica and Charlotte can ensure a thorough hand-over and will still be on hand to help whenever needed. You won't be alone and there are a large pool of volunteers eager to support and to draw upon when required.

WHAT DO THE ROLES ENTAIL?

Below are descriptions of the main 3 roles; Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. We'd recommend that the chair role is shared to create two co-chairs.

Jessica has been the only chair whilst working full time, 5 days and 37.5hr a week while sharing the secretary role with Charlotte so while it is possible it is not ideal. The most important thing is not to take too much on and get overwhelmed as that is not fun!

Also note that while these are descriptions, it's always good to be flexible!
