DJ Leo, you truly impressed us with your music selection, and Marcus, your dedication and support were invaluable. What an amazing team!

🪩School Discos Tomorrow! 🪩
We're just one day away from the much-anticipated school discos and we hope your children are bubbling with excitement! As per our ongoing updates, any newly released tickets will be available for purchase at 8pm tonight.
Please note that the final release of any returned tickets will be at 12:30pm tomorrow.
After this time, no further tickets can be returned or swapped. We kindly ask that you ensure your child has a ticket before attending the disco. While we'd hate to turn any child away, we must prioritise the safety of everyone and adhere to the hall capacity.
Get ready to groove because Dancing Beans, DJ Leo, and our very own Marcus are all set and eager to welcome the children tomorrow with their dancing shoes on!

The discos can only go ahead with volunteers!
Please use the signup sheets by disco, at the bottom of this page, to volunteer.
PLEASE NOTE:
As this was a sell out event last year, only St. Mary's students are able to attend.
Please bring water bottles for drinks.
A tuck shop will be available so please give your children change if they'd like to buy some sweets.
QR codes will be scanned for a smooth entry but also to as a safety measure for easy recording of children present.
If we do not have enough volunteers for a disco then that disco will be cancelled. Volunteers can sign up below.
If we have no first aider for a disco then that disco will be cancelled.
The PTA will cover booking fees though a donation would be appreciated towards covering these.
For Infant Discos...
We request a maximum of one adult per family. Or maybe share supervision with another family. This allows more children to attend.
For Yrs 3 & 4 and Yrs 5 & 6 Discos...
There is nowhere to leave coats so please take them home and bring them back for collection.
There is no waiting area for adults so please volunteer if you want to stay! (unless in exceptional circumstances which please tell us about).
IF YOU NO LONGER NEED YOUR TICKET:
Please email pta@stmarysprimary.org to cancel your ticket.
This is super important rather than directly passing your ticket on, to ensure that we have up to date emergency contact details.
This will automatically release a new ticket and if there is a waiting list, then everyone will be emailed at the same time of new tickets being available.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
